2 Account Registration & Security
2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

2.3 Right to Close Accounts
jita reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.
- Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Prolonged inactivity of the account.
- Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide information.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
You can deposit funds at jita via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals from jita:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation & Rejection
jita may cancel or suspend any transaction on suspicion of fraud, system error, or breach of these Terms. Any transaction processed in error due to technical reasons may be reversed at a later time.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
- jita reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Attempting to claim a bonus more than once from the same household or IP address may result in account closure.
- If jita suspects bonus abuse, it may forfeit the bonus along with any associated winnings.
4.3 VIP Program
jita's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback benefits are paid weekly:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's gaming activity — higher tiers come with more benefits.
5 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Permitted Use
All games and betting activities on jita are operated entirely for entertainment purposes. The platform is for personal use only, not for commercial or professional purposes.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Playing games using software, robots, bots, or automated tools.

- Harassing or defrauding other users.
